In case you cannot read the print , part f the text says: "Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs Republic of Korea. This is the gift which officials in the Republic of Korea present to the American soldiers on duty in Korea in token of gratitude". It measures about 7x10.5". On the reverse of the frame written in pencil it says " Dec. 2013, Michael Cassey". I assume that was the veteran it was presented to.
