FT.Monmouth1943

Recently picked this set up because of the theater made ribbons and overseas bars. Also has a Berlin brigade patch, the ghost of another patch, and the ghosts of rank and collar insignia. After getting the jacket I noticed that it was named to an R. O. Bellin, and inside of me of the pickets was this note. Some minor research showed he was the X-2 in a OSS Field Unit (SCI Z) in Italy and that he received the bronze star in Italy in 1944, and that he retired from the Army as a Colonel. Even though this uniform is from later on in his career, I still think it's really neat and hope to replace the missing insignia. If anyone has an idea as to what patch used to be on the right shoulder that would be very helpful. If you'd like to see more photos feel free to ask.
