Nice visor caps. Both are WW2 era style and are correct for WW2 but these continued to be used up to the mid-1950s uniform changes.

I have a few questions..

!) KW beacause of emblem? Construction of hat?

2) 45 at the end of the number on the sweatband for 1945 made?

3) Is one a non-commissioned office and on a Commissioned ?

Thank you.

The one is 45 dated but most likely occupation. The construction and maker is a good indicator the OD is post. See enough wartime visors and you can tell the difference

Both are officer's caps. The tan cap was worn when summer uniforms were authorized. The darker olive drab (OD) cap was worn with most uniforms other than the tan summer dress.

The tan officer's service cap is tropical worsted wool (TW wool) Khaki Shade #1 worn with the summer uniform, and it appears to have its satin covered ring (donut) still installed. The oversized Meyer eagle was rarely seen by the end of WW2, but was common post-war. Both caps are post-WW2, and I suspect the underside of the visor on the olive drab (winter) service cap is shiny brown leatherette and not natural leather. Additionally, Berkshire Deluxe was not a WW2 cap maker but was common in the 1950s and 60s, especially prolific in their production of USMC and USAF officer caps.
