Wasn't able to find much at the flea market this morning except for this USN Yeoman bullion CPO rate for a dollar. I don't collect these so I haven't come across many of them and have never come across one with the name and address of the manufacture on the back. I'm guessing this is 1950s occupation era?

I'd say that's about right, 1950's - 1960's occupation/cold war era. Matsuo Trading had their own building in Yokohama near the Naval Base.
