Gtilk8455 Posted December 17, 2019 Share #1 Posted December 17, 2019 A couple year ago I posted a thread about my collection when I was 17 years old and in high school. You can find that thread here if you like http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/266035-a-17-year-olds-helmet-collection/ Now I'm 21 and am back home on break from collage and I though why not share where my collection has come in the past couple of years. If you want to see some closer up pictures or the liners or anything else just let me know. -Graham

Gtilk8455 Posted December 17, 2019 Author Share #5 Posted December 17, 2019 BRO marked helmet with matching liner and netting. this was my first real big purchase helmet so it has a pretty special place in the collection. the only ID is "bonnie" written on the chinstrap, sadly I haven't been able to find anything with that. The .45 has a 1913 serial number and is my father's who is a gun collector
Gtilk8455 Posted December 17, 2019 Author Share #6 Posted December 17, 2019 5th ID marked LTC helmet. It is hard to read but I think it is marked L - 7877. If my research is correct the L would imply that his last name started with an L and from what I've been able to uncover there were only 4 LTCs in the 5th ID who's last name started with an L
