Siler, son of retired U S. Air Force Master Sergeant and Mrs. Arnold D. Siler, Versailles, is participating in a U. S .Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps field training encampment at Charleston Air Force Base, S. C. During the encampment, cadets receive survival and small arms training and aircraft and aircrew indoctrination They also have the opportunity to observe careers in which they might wish to serve as Air Force officers.
