Here's something I just got recently.  Unlike other Saudi M1 helmets that have been seen, this one is not plastic and is very similar to a P64 liner.  However, it does not seem to be US produced judging by the rivets, webbing, and overall quality.

This is extremely curious to me, because I have never seen another like it. It appears that the cotton duck is almost a lighter shade or the resin composition is different as the "turtle shell appears very light compared to US p64 liners.

Great pickup but I do not think this is a US made liner. Probably a Korean or Chinese made copy.
