wings-patches2 Posted November 20, 2019 Share #1 Posted November 20, 2019 Apologies in advance for the whiteouts, but if the eventual buyer of the grouping wants to release the identification that is his business, I am not comfortable doing so as only a temporary owner. This is one of two original ball-and-chain wings I acquired from American POWs. (I thought it would be more interesting in the wing category but I can re-categorize it if I am mistaken.) KASTAUFFER Posted November 20, 2019 Share #2 Posted November 20, 2019 This is the first "Ball and Chain" POW wing I have seen that appears to be real and I've collected POW wings for a long time. Its definitely from Stalag Luft 3 based on the Card. Id love to see the reverse of the wing. Kurt

wings-patches2 Posted November 20, 2019 Author Share #4 Posted November 20, 2019 Not sure if I reposted it correctly to the other forum, please feel free to correct and re-repost. I added some info there about the second example.
