I wonder if all the extra's who played the Chinese in the movie were Chinese Remembering the use of Filipinos and Chinese playing Japanese in wartime war movies

I wonder if all the extra's who played the Chinese in the movie were Chinese
they probably use ethnic Chinese in modern movies, since they filmed several scenes in China and have no problem finding native people to do the scenes
I remember they used Filipinos in the 1980's Vietnam war movies like "BRADDOCK MISSING in ACTION" starring Chuck Norris
or The SIEGE at FIREBASE GLORIA they used Filipinos to play the VC
some actors had the distinctive Filipino accent
