Jeffro, I will bite. I saw this on ebay too and was interested in it until I looked at the reverse in which at the time on my phone (maybe I am wrong) it appeared to be 1960s -1970s construction. Not my area of collecting. 

 

Black wolves? as motto? Black spade and club from a deck of cards.

LOL, ya thanks Steve! Not exactly the enlightenment I was hoping for. Supposedly came from a flea market via a vendor that does estate cleaniuts in Massachusetts. Seems like it's probably military due to the card suits I think. Thought maybe a sports team but it seems a bit too aggressive and mature for that. Hoping to get a black light test on it to help verify age somewhat. Wolves, where wolves? Idk

Look in to recent USMC aviation types, with the Gold and Red colors ,I'd venture it could be a Marine unit ......
