I believe it's the 274th Infantry Regiment.

That is consistent with the Asmic motto guide. Slight difference in the description in that it does not mention the swatika.

Here is an embroidered patch of the 274th Infantry. This I believe was a pocket patch for a reunion...
My wife's father served with this unit in WW2

Based on the ASMIC Infantry catalog information, the crest pictured was made by Koepnick for collectors.. There is no hallmark based on the information in the ASMIC INfantry catalog (Part 3, December 1987, page 8)...
