illinigander Posted October 7, 2019 Share #1 Posted October 7, 2019 I recently bought a 1940 dated m/1924 belt pouch for the bandage tin. The maker as stamped is: N.Y. D.C. MFG. CO. Would this be New York Department of Corrections? Strange guess but I know the Federal Reformatory at Lorton, VA made metal cannon carriages for the National Battlefield Parks.
