Purchased this badge recently . P.O.W. held at Macon Ga. and Columbia S.C. Paroled 12/9/64 and exchanged 12/14/64 , mustered out New Years Eve 64 .

Great badge!  Moulton has a really interesting history.

Here is a period cdv of Moulton.  He has a really distinctive beard.  There is a similar view of him on the HDS site.

Need to update this post. Was able to talk to two different collectors today concerning this badge and I feel compelled to post a warning.I believe there are several known (as many as six of these badges) and consensus among senior collectors is they are duplicates possibly cast. My opinion is I made a mistake and now have a nice silver reproduction badge. Thanks to all and hope this helps someone in the future. Mike
