Hello. Does anybody has a pair of leggings with a leather strap to fasten them to the service shoes instead of canvas? I got a pair of leggings at an estate sale with leather straps instead of canvas.post-244739-0-23322800-1567307373_thumb.jpg

If you can post a photo of the leggings you have, it will help enormously in identifying them. It could be anything from late 1800s military to 20th century civilian hunting spats. Seeing them would enable us to have a better chance at telling which they are or are not.

Aside from that, are there any markings inside them at all?

found a pair with leather straps at a flea market. Tag inside made by Redhead sporting goods. If it wasn't for the tag it looked very military
