Issued this P44 Camo in 1963 at Camp Gieger, NC. Nobody knew then or cared where the markings on the back originated. They were recycled and comshawed by the CO for our unit. Closest I can research all these years later is maybe 1ST Div or WW2 Artillery.101_0620.JPG  101_0620.JPG   Any idea?

What a killer Utility Coat! My guess would be an Armored/Mechanized Unit.
Below is a shot of a Winter Combat "Tanker" Jacket stenciled with 2nd Amphibious Tractor Battalion across the upper back.
