BILL THE PATCH Posted August 16, 2019 Share #1 Posted August 16, 2019 Is this knife worth 45.00?, I'm not a knife collector but it seems like it's not a bad price. Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
aznation Posted August 16, 2019 Share #2 Posted August 16, 2019 Personally, I'd buy it for that in a second.

Wake1941 Posted August 16, 2019 Share #5 Posted August 16, 2019 Sheath goes for around that alone, the blade has been sharpened but its still a solid knife
sundance Posted August 16, 2019 Share #6 Posted August 16, 2019 I was just going to say those sheaths are not easy to come by and the knife appears to be in goods shape. Great buy (and does your wife know about it?).
thorin6 Posted August 16, 2019 Share #7 Posted August 16, 2019 Good price; my first one cost me $38 but that was some time ago. As for the scabbard/sheath. I needed one and was somewhat concerned over the price of them. Actually managed to buy a complete set for less than the cost of the sheath, and matched up the included knife with an existing leather sheath more matching its condition. Often have found it cheaper to buy a set with a good sheath and a not so good knife, and sell the extra pieces for more than I paid for the set. sundance Posted August 16, 2019 Share #8 Posted August 16, 2019 Absolutely. I've bought junk Mk 2's just to get a decent sheath for another knife. I'm guessing a lot of us do that.

Great buy (and does your wife know about it?).I showed her, she says what's so special. I say the price. Ha!, She doesn't care what I buy as long as it's my money and not the householes and I keep it out of her house. SKIPH Posted August 17, 2019 Share #10 Posted August 17, 2019 I like the Camillus, and PAL MK1s the best, have 4 of each, w/ most in mint condition. The price you paid was very good, especially these days. Love the MK1 scabbards, and they are on the loose, but prices are getting steeper all the time. Could use a few more myself. THX for showing. BILL THE PATCH Posted August 17, 2019 Author Share #11 Posted August 17, 2019 The guy has a couple of what looked to be ka bars also, he wants 55.00 each. But I wasn't sure what time frame they were from, or if they were true kabars. Leather sheath's. One was marked USMC on the hand guard. Thanks for moving to proper category moderaters Sent from my Moto G (5) Plus using Tapatalk
