picked up a few marker lights/strobe lights from the flea ...

there are 4 of these battery adapters that are hardwired to connect to a battery, I am guessing ....either for testing the light...or using the light in a fixed location??

has anyone seen or used these adapters...the wires are not complete, that is no terminal ends on them..

two have the threaded nut to screw into the light...they have a black and a red wire coming out of the battery...two have no nuts...and have the gray two wire (black/red) and then a separate red and a separate black wire ...for a total of 4 wires coming out of them

You have part of an adapter kit to mount the strobe and power it from 12 or 24 volts DC. There are a variety of items in the kit tht attach the adapter to the power supply. The black cylinders without threads are voltage regulators.

RWW thank you! your pic on post #4...it shows the pigtails with the ring type connector...There are a few of these in my pile of wiring...did not realize they are part of kit...This is great info...Looks like I can wire up two for car battery use..assuming all are in working order...everything appears to be NOS...nothing overheated or ever connected/wired up
