Salvage Sailor Posted August 10, 2019 Share #3 Posted August 10, 2019 If your time period is correct, he will be on this Naval Register for 1924 - Page 10 Flag Officers (see page 11 for duty assignments to match names in photo below) 49 Rear Admirals to choose from and search for images to match your photo, good hunting.....
