aznation Posted August 4, 2019 Share #5 Posted August 4, 2019 Symington-Anderson Co was an ordnance company there in Rochester, NY. I don't believe they made tanks but other type of ordnance. I think the tank was dolled up with their wording for a WWI bond drive. The words in little writing on the upper side of the tank shows, "Buy Bonds". It looks like a bond drive parade or gathering.
