Unknown crest, foreign made crest, Please help identify. motto is "Resurrected in Triumph"

The fact that this is clutchback and the backing has the hatched pattern, I would expect it to be marked "Aresta" as I believe this is one of his fantasy pieces.

Leigh and Allan, thanks for the info. The entry that Leigh posted is listed as a type (F) by Asmic, and the entry in the catalog states that "No Hallmark, made in Korea by Koepernick for collectors". a type (F) is often referred to as a reproduction, made for collectors.
