Found this jewel.  First I have had the opportunity to own.  It is exactly as pictured in Cole's Book III, page 185.  Thanks for looking.

I have it packed for the KC show this weekend so can't view it live.  However, I worked with my photo and I think it is 19745.  If after unpacking I see the number is different I will post it here.  Thanks.

(I also have a 1913 Patton saber, s/n 7646.  You may already have that recorded from a previous posting).
