Some of the weapons manuals (.45 cal pistol, Thompson submachinegun) and some of the popular vehicle manuals have been reprinted. More esoteric ones like this most likely have not. Folks are into the exciting stuff like guns, jeeps, trucks and tanks. The more mundane topics required for actually fighting a war have a lot less interst and are less likely to have been reproduced.
