Is the cuff just stained or was this a rating?(no stitch marks) Can someone tell me time frame please? sigsaye Posted July 10, 2019 Share #2 Posted July 10, 2019 Mark on cuff is just a stain. All labels in whites were paper. Rating badge is Electricians Mate Third Class (EM3/c). The style and cut of the uniform is consistent with WW2 era uniforms. Applied chevron rating badges are generally felt to have been more common prior to 1948. All that being said, all of those things are seen commonly into the mid/ late 1950s and later. But, I would call this WW2 era. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
