Only my second banner to have red stars and first banner to have medical cross (if I’m not mistaken) on it and a red to gold at that. Total of 60 stars and one medical emblem. It’s thought to possibly be a WWI and WWII combined banner. The 17’ pennant might stand for the class of 1917. So maybe from a school. Then everything down from the WWII writing is WWII era.
