No markings on this knife..nothing on the clevis nor blade...has brass shims between the springs...the punch is broken off..

Is it USGI or civilian ?

IMHO, probably closer to 1945 with the can opener situated next to the main blade instead of on the clevis end of the knife.

If I were talking to you face to face, I would say your knife is a WWII produced knife made by Kingston (which is a combined effort company by Imperial and Ulster.) It is the second version of this knife, as noted, with the screwdriver on the same side as the main blade.

But since I am on the forum, I must also say that there is a good possibility that your knife was made post war with left over inventory and sold commercially. There, I said it.
