It is a Membership card for the units Officers club, Headquarters 2677th Regiment OSS (Provisional). Note it has a $10 monthly membership fee! This captain served in Italy. Wondering if you have any more photos of the scrapbook. Slowly but surely working to identify the other OSS guys in my grandpa's photo album/scrapbooks. PS Just spoke to Col.
