ram957 Posted April 8, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 8, 2019 I just saw that someone on another site is looking to see what the Mission Symbol U-4 means on on a Training Flight Log from WWII.....Any ideas ??
usaf70 Posted April 8, 2019 Share #2 Posted April 8, 2019 The letter "U" appears to be an Aircraft designed for miscellaneous missions, such as carrying cargo and/or passengers, towing targets, etc. These aircraft will include those having a small payload. What the "4" refers to is not known. Tom
