Spike Posted April 2, 2019 Share #1 Posted April 2, 2019 Got this from a VN era SEAL awhile ago but I'm not sure it's VN or even US. Looks like it's for a radio. Interesting hardware, all quick release. I'm siding with it being US made because of some of the webbing used. There is a faint stamp but I can't read it except a few numbers. Anyone seen one of these before?

patches Posted April 3, 2019 Share #10 Posted April 3, 2019 British British Commonwealth Government Property Broad Arrow Hallmark, as Kammo Man stated, probably Australian or maybe New Zealander. Of note these ANZAC units where near where Seals operated, they where in the Vung Tau area, which is fairly close to the Mekong Delta area. Spike Posted April 3, 2019 Author Share #11 Posted April 3, 2019 Thanks, I found them under Australian field pack. The thing is the one I have doesn't have the webbing with eyelets in the flap and body like the ones I saw pictured. I think the SEAL that gave it to me went out on a week long SAS patrol on an exchange deal so that would explain why he had it. Aussie SAS op'd with various SEAL platoons in VN in 70/71. Spike Posted April 3, 2019 Author Share #12 Posted April 3, 2019 Mods, please remove this topic since this pack is not a US item.
