sorry no pix as havent got it yet, but anyone know about these? it was given by an s.f. guy to an army advisor, early vietnam war, sterling silver mkd. w/s.f. enamel insignia, comes in a 'zippo'-sized cardboard box. pretty sure it's period and not postwar. thanks
