It will be repainted and re-stenciled in grey with white lettering, proper for a 1953 round ( modern issue are white with black lettering). Pristine condition with a proper MTSQ fuze also dated 1953. 917601 Posted March 17, 2019 Author Share #3 Posted March 17, 2019 Also good information to know, the M501 Fuze and early fuzes are 1 5/8 inch OD, modern day fuze for the A3 is the M565, which has a 2" OD.This is good to know when trying to match up fuze and projectile for a "correct" round.
