This will be my first bullon CIB. I thought it looked nice, but don't know much about them.

It appears to be mounted to officer's gabardine material.

Does anyone recognize this as being a British made piece, or were these also made in the U.S.?

In my travels I have seen several of these in celophane with an NS Meyer label on them.  Hope this helps.

Generally the GEMSCO bullion CIBs have blue thead on the wreath and it shows on the back.
