No Quarter Posted March 13, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 13, 2019 Bought this ribbon bar yesterday. I thought it was unique as I have not seen EAME ribbons in the 1/2 inch Navy size. I am guessing he might have been invloved with landing operations since he has four campaign stars? What campaigns would a sailor be eligible for to receive a star?
