Missouri Operation DESERT STORM and OEF/OIF/NEW DAWN Medals

Todays mail brought a package from Missouri...and the post office did a bang up job cramming it into the mailbox. Missouri has presented service medals to it's citizens since Spanish American War - they still issue the original WWI awards from the 1922 contract. Starting in 2000, they began awarding medals to those who served in WWII, followed by Korea in 2003, Vietnam in 2006, and Operations DESERT STORM, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM and NEW DAWN starting in 2014..although these medals only recently became available. The obverse is enamelled, while the reverse mimics the earlier issued medals...I'm going to replace the suspension ring so the planchet doesn't hang so low.

I forgot to add...this is only the ODS medal set...the OEF/OIF and NEW DAWN medals are slightly different...
