Reforger Posted March 11, 2019 Share #1 Posted March 11, 2019 Here's a dog tag for a draftee that was WIA in the Korean War. He served as a forward observer in the 10th Field Artillery Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division. He was shot by a sniper on June 3, 1951 in the Iron Triangle (Korea, not Vietnam). He survived and after his recovery served as a prisoner guard until discharged in 1952. I wonder if this is the tag he had on him when he was wounded.
