Got it from a surplus store nearly 3 years ago (a very nice one, there was a stack of haversack and m1945 packs. Very cheap) for maybe 20 dollars, along with a 1941 dated canteen cover, by the same manufacturer as the haversack. While missing some hooks, the haversack came complete with the meat tin pouch.
