I believe it is 1920's thru WWII but just a guess from memory until you get a firm date of issue and use. McClellan after 1917 had brass stirrup strap hangers hardware instead of iron. Richard

It's the model of 1913 Artillery bridle for the Model of 1916 Artillery horse harness.

 

It appears all original and was issued in WWI through to the end of the horse artillery era

 

Quite nice as well and complete with the correct throat latch, Reins and Bit (the bit is the "Bit, Snaffle, M-1911" or full cheek snaffle bit)
