stratasfan Posted February 2, 2019 Share #1 Posted February 2, 2019 Hi, Guys! Hoping some of you who have WWII bullion patches can help me here. If you have a bullion patch . . . I would really appreciate if you would measure the width of a single "thread". Are the metal strands about 1 millimeter in width? Thanks for any help! Here are some examples of bullion patches . . . I'm not particular what the patch is, just the general size of the threads.
Dogsbody Posted February 3, 2019 Share #2 Posted February 3, 2019 Hi Elizabeth, on this patch all 'threads' are about 1mm in width execpt for the circle around the red centre of the star. Rene
