aznation Posted January 18, 2019 Share #2 Posted January 18, 2019 If I'm reading correctly, your dogtag shows: "RA", which is Regular Army First two numbers shows "11", which is a Geographical Location Code for where the person was from, either Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. The last six numbers represent a personal identifier and the first two digits of your dogtag begin with "37", which falls into the range or someone that enlisted between 1949 and 1960.
