I found the answer right here on the forum. manufacturer that used the hallmark URISCRAFT and also USC for URIS Sales Corp. Ive found examples of uriscraft Paratrooper badges and other badges by uriscraft... Just I've never seen a wing with this hallmark. So I snagged it. Seems rather on the rare side as hallmarked navy wings go. More of a question ? Than a statement. Because I really have no idea. Just seems that way to me.
