I'm pretty sure it's from the California National Guard but I was unable to find it in the ASMIC DI Charge List. I also couldn't find it on the California State Military Museum's website. aznation Posted December 31, 2018 Share #3 Posted December 31, 2018 I found several screwbacks on Worthpoint that were marked Robbins. All of them show pre-WWII U.S. Army ROTC for High Schools. Although they have the matching upper white enamel portion and the bear and sun on the bottom, I couldn't find an exact match regarding the powder blue bottom background.
