Lt Edsel Heller's daughter stated these foot lockers were junk....

Lt Ed Heller USAAF 1943-1945, Air Force reserve 1945-1949, and US Army Aviation 1949-1951

Entered the USAAF in 43 enlisted, maybe a cadet? commissioned in 44, with wings looks to be from Blackland Army Air Field

Not much on his WWII service, does not appear he left the states

Went to Korea and flew a L-19 as a field artillery observer with the 424th FAB

Footlockers contained mostly HBTs and others miscellaneous uniforms...and paperwork...

enlisted service number is 33606412

Officers number is 02076939 obtained from a form he filled out requesting his medals on a form dated 1998

received the Air Medal in Korea, yet his new medal box contained an oak leaf cluster on his Air Medal...

Anyway...not bad for a pile of junk

many items not pictured, like his new medals from the 90s, there was a reunion stuff also...

dog tage are from his 43 enlistment and his Korean service...looks like he joined the Reserve Army, Pennsylvania, and was activated for Korea

Captainofthe7th

Amazing junk. I think the Army pilots in Korea are uncommon to find.

Your Korean document is North Korean. Without spaces, I believe it translates to:

North Korea Farmer's Alliance

Both the top and bottom seem to say the same thing, the bottom being a bit more descriptive, but I am not sure how. Adding spaces in between the words can make it "North Korean Agriculture," "North Korean Agriculture Ministry Alliance," and other variations. The first three characters are Bug Joseon which is certainly "North Korea." The rest is up for interpretation, but seems like it's definitely something about agriculture.

북 조선 농민동맹
북 조선 농민동맹붕앙위원힌

If my memory serves correct, there is a newspaper distributed in the Lackland A.F.B. (San Antonio, TX) area called The Tale Spinner. It could still be in circulation.
