cwnorma Posted December 16, 2018 Share #2 Posted December 16, 2018 I remember seeing obsolete ratings in the AAFES Clothing Sales Stores into the 1980s. its probably a pretty scarce badge. If a young officer came in in 1949, had a 30+ year active career and stayed in the AFRES or ANG, 1970s, they would need these obsolete ratings for their uniforms.
