Definitely appears to be under a layer of paint and is peaking few in some areas. One of my concerns with this helmet are the chinstraps. Although in the magnified photos, am I also seeing yellow paint under the green? The specs are so small that it's not visible without the loupe. Any thoughts on what that might be? Also, what do you make of the chinstraps?
