As a member of the 25th ID in the early 70s we were tasked with providing the honor guard/fireing squad duties at Punchbowl. I had the profound honor of being part of a 30 day detail at Punchbowl. I recall doing several funerals every day for those 30 days. Army, Navy, Air Force & Marines. Without a doubt it was the pinnacle of my service. Never forget the Vet.
