338thRCT Posted November 18, 2018 Share #1 Posted November 18, 2018 I have frequently obtained paper items which were almost hopelessly damaged, but had pictures etc. that were in need of saving. Shown are three examples where I cut out parts that were undamaged and then pasted them to other areas( upon a sheet of heavy construction paper) and then put into a protective sleeve. Keeps them safe and is appealing to the eye.

Bluehawk Posted November 18, 2018 Share #4 Posted November 18, 2018 Great idea...I've done that a few times myself in such cases over many years.Better to save something than nothing at all.
mikie Posted November 18, 2018 Share #5 Posted November 18, 2018 Just a suggestion, but if you haven't already, mark down the name and date of the publication they are cut from. A while back I picked up an old scrapbook with pasted articles that I wish I knew where they came from. Mikie
