Nyce's Service Wounded 100 Years Ago Today Clipping from the “Berks County Democrat” (Boyertown, PA) - January 25, 1919 The name of Clinton R. Nyce, son of Benjamin and Elizabeth Nyce, of this place, appears in Friday's casualty list as severely wounded. He is a member of Co. L. 166th Infantry, went over the top with his company eleven times and was wounded on Nov. 9 two days before the armistice was signed in the Battle of the Argonne Forest.
