Brig Posted September 22, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 22, 2018 I have woefully not posted any portraits lately, and fearing Eric might kill me, decided I should un@$$ myself. Just sold this one on the forum, thought I had posted it here in the past...nothing super rare, but an uncommon shot of the early ADC Disney Seal SSI in wear by an engineer... Eric Queen Posted September 23, 2018 Share #2 Posted September 23, 2018 That is a nice photo Brig. I think one of those cases where a portrait photo of the patch in wear is 100 x harder to find than the patch itself.
gauthieb3sxz Posted September 24, 2018 Share #3 Posted September 24, 2018 I love obscure patch shots! This is definitely one that won't be seen again for awhile.
patches Posted September 24, 2018 Share #4 Posted September 24, 2018 An interesting one in more ways than one, note the WWI Overseas Chevrons, yet he's got no WWI service, and is a private, this may be another example of a mid war GI wearing those because the WWII type we are familiar with weren't out yet. http://www.usmilitariaforum.com/forums/index.php?/topic/263329-ww1-service-stripes-on-ww2-kia/
