Rakkasan187 Posted September 10, 2018 Share #3 Posted September 10, 2018 Red and White is Army Good Conduct Ribbon and the multi colored ribbon is for the European African Middle Easter Campaign or ETO Ribbon. The two bronze stars on the ribbon indicate two campaigns your G-father participated and possibly was fighting in.
