WWII US Army Air Forces Photo Album - VIP's ID needed

I just picked up a pretty neat photo album of an Air Base with a lot of great airplane pics, but also some candid shots of various VIPs coming through. Can anyone help identify who the "brass" might be? Thanks!

Well this MGen is Major General Edwin P. Parker, Parker, who commanded the 78th Infantry Division throughout the war, was given command of the 3rd Infantry Division in May 1946 when it was still on occupation duty in Germany. The 3rd Infantry Division leaves Germany for Camp Campbell Kentucky in Late August-Early September 1946. So seeing the area dosen't look like Kentucky, this would be Germany, and photos would date from May till August of 46.
