I assuming it is worn on a garrison/overseas cap or maybe on the collar or lapel? The backside has a pinback fastener and is marked GEMSCO. Any help would be appreciated. I have also seen the larger visor cap device/badge, that's what lead me to believe this smaller version may be for a garrison/overseas cap.
